Connaught Peak is situated in the Old Mahabaleshwar Road and it is the second highest peak in Mahabaleshwar. Connaught Peak was other name known as Mount Olympia. In 1880, the Duke of Connaught visited this awesome spot and he was so inspired by the grandiose of the peak that because of he was renamed this peak on his name. After that Mount Olympia became converted into and its name as Connaught Peak. It is located at an altitude of 1400 meters this peak is a favourite destination of riders.
